A location represents a physical site your organisation runs from — for example, Town Campus or Ranipet Campus. If your team operates out of a single site, you likely don’t need locations at all; they’re built for organisations that staff more than one.
Locations are independent of department and pod — a third, optional way to slice your team, alongside the two you may already use.

Add a location

1

Open Locations

Go to Settings and select the Locations tab.
2

Start a new location

Select Add Location.
3

Name it

Enter a Location Name — for example, Town Campus — and an optional Description.
4

Save

Select Create. The location is immediately available to assign to doctors and to select on rosters, Shift Schedules, and Auto Duties.
Only admins can add or edit locations.

Assign doctors to locations

Open a doctor’s profile, select Edit, and check one or more locations under Locations. A doctor can belong to more than one — useful for staff who split time between sites. See Doctor profiles.
