Billing covers your organisation’s subscription plan, payment method, and invoice history. It’s managed under Settings, then Billing.
Only admins can view or manage billing.

Change your plan

Open Settings, then Billing, to see your current plan and the available upgrades. For Enterprise, set the number of seats you need and choose monthly or annual billing. An estimated cost updates as you adjust seats.
Downgrading to Clinic (Free) keeps your current plan active until the end of your billing period. After that, your account reverts to Clinic and is limited to 10 doctors.

Invoices

Select View Invoices to see your billing history, including each invoice’s status and a link to download it. Select Hide Invoices to collapse the list again.
