Duty Calendar: everyone's duties in one view

The Duty Calendar shows what’s actually been published — across every roster, department, and location — in one month view. It’s the duty-side counterpart to the Leave Calendar.

Open the calendar

Select Duty Calendar in the sidebar.

• Doctors see only their own duties, with Department and Location filters.
• Admins see the whole organisation by default, with an additional Doctor filter and a view toggle.

Admins can switch between two layouts using the toggle in the top right: You can also switch manually at any time; PlanMyRounds just picks a sensible default for you based on your filters.

Drilling into a day

Select any day to open its agenda — a proportional timeline of every doctor’s duties that day. If two or more duties overlap in time, they’re flagged with an Overlaps N other entries at this time note, so you can spot a scheduling clash at a glance without cross-checking rosters manually.
