Your member account isn’t linked to a doctor profile. Ask an admin to link your account.
This is expected. Members only see their own schedule. Admins can see the whole team’s.
Typing “yes” doesn’t confirm a change. Click the Confirm button under the proposal. If more than 15 minutes have passed, the proposal has expired, so ask the Agent again. See How the Agent makes changes.
The schedule probably changed after the Agent prepared the proposal, for example an admin edited the roster. Nothing was changed. Ask the Agent to try again.
Applying for leave creates a pending request. An admin still has to approve it. See Approving and rejecting leave.
This is how shift times work. A shift has one start and end time for the whole shift schedule, so a change applies to every date. See Why is a shift’s timing wrong?.
Your organisation hasn’t added a policy on that topic yet. An admin can add one in Settings.
The Agent only creates draft duty plans. An admin must review and publish it. Nobody is notified until then.
Nobody can swap someone else’s shift through the Agent, including admins. The doctor can swap it themselves, or an admin can remove and add doctors on the shifts instead.
You can send up to 15 messages a minute. Wait a moment and try again. If a single request is very large, try breaking it into smaller ones.
Admins can read other members’ chats but can’t continue them. Start a new chat instead.

Still stuck?
