Open the dashboard
Select Dashboard in the sidebar. Use the month arrows to move between periods, and the Department and Location filters to narrow the view.If there’s no published roster for the selected month, the dashboard shows an empty state — generate a roster for that period to see its stats.
What you see
Coverage
Required, covered, and gapped staffing slots for the month, plus the overall coverage percentage.
Workforce
Total staff, how many are scheduled versus unscheduled, and how many sit within, above, or below their expected monthly hours.
Needs Attention
A flagged list of the month’s most pressing issues, most severe first.
Upcoming · Next 7 Days
Uncovered shifts, understaffed shifts, and staff unavailability coming up in the next week.
Staff directory
A searchable table of every doctor in scope for the month, with their department, duties, scheduled hours, expected hours, and a status badge — Within, or flagged Above / Below their configured range.A doctor’s own dashboard
Every doctor’s profile has its own Dashboard tab — the first tab you see when you open a profile. It shows that doctor’s duties, scheduled hours, expected range, status badge, night and weekend duty counts, and an Upcoming list of what’s next, all for the selected month. Use it to answer “how is this specific doctor doing this month?” without cross-referencing the org-wide view.Next steps
