You can pay monthly or yearly. Yearly billing saves up to 13%: Hospitalist Group is $63 per month flat, billed annually at $756, and Health System is $2.60 per doctor per month, billed annually at $31.20 per doctor.
What does each doctor cost?
Hospitalist Group is a flat $70 per month for up to 50 doctors, so the cost per doctor falls as your group grows: 20 doctors pay $3.50 each, 35 doctors pay $2 each, 50 doctors pay $1.40 each. Health System is $3 per doctor per month, so 51 doctors cost $153 and 100 doctors cost $300 per month.
Do I need to sign a contract or talk to sales?
No. PlanMyRounds has no contracts and no required sales calls on any plan. You can start on your own and change plans as your team changes.
What happens when my team grows past 50 doctors?
Teams of 51+ doctors move to the Health System plan at $3 per doctor per month, starting at $153 per month for 51 doctors, with no upper limit on doctors. It includes everything in Hospitalist Group plus custom HR and EMR integrations.
What are the limits of the free plan?
The Small Group plan is free for up to 10 doctors. It includes core shift scheduling, doctor preferences and swap requests, weekly and monthly calendar views, email notifications, export to PDF, CSV and Excel, and the Android and iOS apps. It does not include the advanced scheduling engine, priority email support or custom integrations. A team with more than 10 doctors needs the Hospitalist Group plan.
Do you charge in INR or USD?
Customers in India are billed in rupees and everyone else in US dollars. In India, PlanMyRounds is free for up to 10 doctors, ₹5,500 per month flat for up to 50 doctors, and ₹220 per doctor per month for teams of 51+ doctors (from ₹11,220 per month). Yearly billing in India saves up to 14%.
