• Role and designation (e.g., doctor, admin, department coordinator)
• Hospital / organization name

b. Scheduling & Administrative Data

• Duty schedules and shift assignments
• Availability, preferences, and leave information
• Department or unit configuration data

c. Technical Information

• Device type, operating system, and app version
• Log data such as IP address and timestamps (for security and diagnostics)

2. Information We Do Not Collect

PlanMyRounds does not collect, process, or store:

• Patient data
• Medical records
• Clinical notes
• Diagnoses, treatments, or prescriptions
• Any form of personal health information (PHI)

PlanMyRounds is not a clinical or medical decision-making tool.

3. How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

• Create and manage user accounts
• Generate and manage duty rosters and schedules
• Enable coordination between doctors and administrators
• Improve app reliability, performance, and usability
• Provide support and respond to user requests

We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

• Using the in-app account deletion option (if available), or

Once requested:

• Account access is disabled
• Personal and scheduling data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe, unless retention is required by law

PlanMyRounds is intended for professional use only and is not designed for individuals under 18 years of age.
