# Billing and subscription plans

> Understand PlanMyRounds' plans, how doctor and seat limits work, and where to manage your subscription and invoices.

Billing covers your organisation's subscription plan, payment method, and invoice history. It's managed under **Settings**, then **Billing**.

  Only admins can view or manage billing.

## Plans

| Plan           | Doctors           | Notes                                                                                                          |
| -------------- | ----------------- | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Clinic**     | Up to 10          | The default plan every organisation starts on. Shown in billing as "Clinic," and referred to as the free plan. |
| **Department** | Up to 50          | For a single larger department or a small multi-department team.                                               |
| **Enterprise** | Custom seat count | Seat-based. You set the number of seats (minimum 51) and choose monthly or annual billing.                     |

## Subscription status

| Status        | What it means                                                                           |
| ------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Active**    | Your subscription is current.                                                           |
| **Trialing**  | You're inside a trial period.                                                           |
| **Past Due**  | A payment didn't go through. Update your payment method before the subscription lapses. |
| **Cancelled** | Your subscription has been cancelled.                                                   |

## Change your plan

Open **Settings**, then **Billing**, to see your current plan and the available upgrades.

For **Enterprise**, set the number of seats you need and choose monthly or annual billing. An estimated cost updates as you adjust seats.

  Downgrading to Clinic (Free) keeps your current plan active until the end of your billing period. After that, your account reverts to Clinic and is limited to 10 doctors.

## Invoices

Select **View Invoices** to see your billing history, including each invoice's status and a link to download it. Select **Hide Invoices** to collapse the list again.
